This is the thing I’m struggling with. A lot of Birmingham fans are convinced he’s a stooge for Sullivan and he may well be. 
 

But surely Sullivan could find someone better than him if he’s serious. Bassini is a huge liability who doesn’t have a shred of credibility with anyone. For that reason I think surely Sullivan isn’t that stupid?

Given that Sullivan seems to be an open secret the application should be bounced. Obviously it's the EFL we're dealing with here so probably not, yet.

Funny you should mention that actually as the West Ham protests a few years ago were particularly vitriolic, weren’t they? Stayed put, found a few quid to polish that turd of a stadium and qualified for the European Schools Sports Day and all of a sudden they’re happy with the porn barons after all?
