Was talking to a customer other day about haggis etc. and he mentioned black pudding. He used to do the haulage for a place in Yorkshire that made black pudding. Says the blood used to come in still warm from the abattoir and in the winter they would open the vats and the steam would pour off it. Straight in the mix. Proper tackle that.
