Is that relatively bad

I meant the ONS figures.

We all know the government ones are kept lower.

Doesn’t matter because the lockdown is over. But it’s a lot of dead folk.

227 I've just heard it reported as, I didn't think that was too bad (considering some of the numbers we were posting last week)  - it's still a lot of people, but it's less than a month since we were reporting figures in excess of 1000

You're right, that's over 44K now, which is around 10K higher than the "official" number....grimness.

Thats 44k without Scotland, NI, and everywhere for last 11 days, another 10k to add on unfortunately.

But it is going down fast  - should be even lower for next month at least.

Govt figure today is 545.

Seems like a steady decline which is a positive.

545 today, some saying they've seen a mini spike in infections because of VE day celebrations on the 8th, no idea if this is true.

Would not surprise me at all the amount of people who started to ignore the rules.. which will unfortunately result in more cases over the coming days.

This latest Tory habit of labelling the future post brexit UK an ‘independent coastal state’ is fuckin shite. I presume this is so in a few years time and our economy has imploded they can say ‘well it’s not bad for a small independent coastal state’!!

I think it’s poisonous. For businesses it’s a useful tool. Other than that it should be shut down

It’s good if used right/how you want it to, like all social media I suppose.
