Ffs!

In my defence its 11pm or 23h nearly and it's Friday, bottle of red and a cheeky couple of Lidl Noblemans.

Checked twice, could not see any errors 👀

Haha...thank fuck you're like Benson from Soap 😂😂😂👏👏

Aren't Scotchland in front of us now for care home deaths in comparison to the population mate ?

I don't see much mention on here of her allowing the Skirt Wearers rugby match to go ahead with 67,000 present...........

No strong opinion either way myself, it’s all spin from everyone concerned so I try not to take any notice, but I feel it is only fair to point out that Scotland’s final match played was on March 8th, the same weekend that plenty on here (including myself) were in That London for the Wimbledon game on the same day that there were 70,000+ at Twickers.

Can’t say I’ve seen much in terms of that weekend as there wasn’t seen to be much of a threat at the time, it only developed over the following days. Let’s not forget though that Liverpool were playing against a side who’s city was already on lockdown, while Cheltenham is surely much more tightly packed - and for much lengthier periods of time - than your average football ground.

Yes, but research the Nike scandal ...then those who attended the funny shaped ball match....Sturgeon covered that up well....until recently...

Genuinely intrigued here Birch as to how any government wouldn't be in huge debt due to the unique one off crisis the entire world is in.

Beat me to it

never had anything like this before money had to be thrown at it, the cost was never going to be pretty regardless who’s in charge

Last time they were in power Labour managed to fuck our economy, without a pandemic.

Pretty sure national debt as a % of GDP was sub 50% for years through the 90’s and 00’s until the worst banking crisis in 100 years caused the economy to meltdown. The Labour government bailed out the banks to stave off a depression (the right thing to do of course). Any government could have been in charge in 2008 and debt would have sky rocketed

However, in the 2010 election it was described as ‘Labour debt’ by the Conservative party. Cameron et all focussed on national debt being the main issue and it being the fault of the Labour Party.

With that in mind it’s only right and fair that the debt from the fall out of this virus is labelled Conservative debt
