Because they rightly don't think giving up swathes of Ukrainian territory to Putin is a good idea. Jesus wept.

As I said in my edit:  Bit like Chamberlain did in 1938 when they carved up Czechoslovakia and gave half of it to Hitler. That went well, eh?

So why the fuck has Starmer just come out and said he will back the peace plan with boots on the ground. Everyone knows an American led peace plan will hand parts of the Ukraine to Russia.

IF that's part of a peace deal. Do you have some inside knowledge or something?

Russia have already ruled out peace-keeping forces from a NATO country as part of a peace deal anyway.

A peace deal will involve Russia taking parts of Ukraine. 

Why was it not a good idea for the last few years but as soon as Trump says he’s going to have talks KS is backing it with troops.

Basically according to you 2 European leaders  and Biden didn’t want talks with Putin because Ukraine shouldn’t have to give up land. 
 

Now as soon as Trump comes along with a plan (which will involve giving up land) the likes of Britain and France will back it and deploy troops 

Some countries have already distanced themselves from that, fair play to their leaders for showing some balls.

We don't know.

The likes of Halliburton, with their deals with Ukraine, may not be so keen on areas they may be looking to exploit, disappearing into Russian ownership.

It may be that Kursk is returned for eastern parts of Ukraine.
