WTF is going on with TUI. 4 x different families I know of have got through to the departure lounge only for the holiday to be cancelled just before boarding.

I used @Traf tours. Smooth as silk it was.

Biggest issue I’ve got now is whether to have paella or Rib eye for tea before watching the match surrounded by Madrid fans.

I’m hoping traff tours will be the same for me tomorrow! Hopefully I can get to Turkey in time for Sunday prayers.

@Traf is having a nervous weekend.

My busiest one of the year so far with 8 bookings flying out and so far the only drama has been someone not finding their private transfer.

Utter. Fucking. Carnage at T3 currently. Serves me right for flying Ryanair I suppose

Agreed. You’ll need a car when you get there.

God help anyone due to fly with Tui from Manchester anytime soon, our flight to Rhodes on Friday 27 May was delayed by 32 hours and every single Tui flight from Manchester on that day was either delayed or cancelled.

The company have become a complete shambles and seem to be in deep trouble, i wouldn’t mind betting Tui will go bust in the not too distant future.

1. TUI are simply dreadful, we sell them as a last resort.

2. Fill this https://www.tui.co.uk/destinations/contact-us/flight-delays in and make an EC261 delay claim, should be approx 400 Euro pp

3. Book traftours next time 😉

I spoke to soon didn’t I! Nearly 9 hours in Manchester airport yesterday, most of the food outlets were closed, ended  up spending £70 on WH Smith’s meals deals. JET 2 then gave all the customers a £5 voucher that could only be used in……you’ve  guessed it the closed outlets. The plane ran out of most snacks before they were halfway down the isle then when we landed we got a text saying your baggage may not arrive! Luckily for me it did, for many others it didn’t. Fortunately a lot of them were scousers. Anyway, it’s done now, @Trafwas on hand through the night if I needed him 👍👍
