  • If Kachunga is all we need to worry about, we really dont have a lot to worry about.

Agreed.  As frustrating as Kachunga is, I'd add that his attitude is never less than 100% for the team, and that appears to be the case whether he's on the pitch or not.  That can go a long way in a s

Get Charles, JDB, Baka and Dapo on or around a dozen goals each next season and we’ll be right in the mix. Lee and Sheehan back in the midfield areas and the depth and rotation options looks very healthy

We finally had 11 on the pitch after the subs. Kachunga and Amaechi offered nothing at all.

Bod is getting better all the time, never in doubt with his 1st goal. That scramble mid 2nd half where the ref blew for a foul, Accy still tried scoring, Traff fist pumped when he kept it out.

Not a great game but 3 more point.

Accy a dirty team too. Glad we beat them but want to trample them next season

Some fire power there.

Anyone got an up to date list of our scorers this season?

The Scottish fella is alright but fuck me the other lad sounded like he’d won a competition.

It was like sky sports had fans doing the commentary on the red button

I have to watch a lot on IFollow and the Scottish guy is sound, is funny as he let's the other guy just drone on, never comments on his drivel, then just jumps straight back in with his commentary.

Proper blanks him in the nicest way possible 🤣

Disjointed 1st half,much better 2nd

Surprised how competitive it was considering there was nowt riding on the game

Amaechi, dross. See ya later, nothin about him, ryo miachi part 2.

If our spine next year is Santos, Dempsey, JDB I'm very very happy. The rest can come in and out as applicable.

23/20 at coral we was. Printing money.

Having 3 “1 in 3” strikers in our squad is supeb at this level, also add Dapo who’s a “1 in 4” player.

We’re going to score a lot of goals next season.

I scanned their directors box when their 'equaliser' went in - that fat knacker Holt was up jumping around for ages after the liner had ruled it out

Our last 6 games W3 D3 L0

Nice end to the season so far

Do you reckon that's adios to Ameachi ? A shame as it was a hold move by player & club and an unfortunate injury restricted his time on the pitch.

Just looks too weak, both in the challenge and the way he strikes the ball.  Not without ability and he had a decent 5 minutes just before he was subbed, but his two lamentable corners summed up his performances not just today but previously too, not enough conviction.

Fuck knows why he was on corners over Morley or John

I'm very glad it was a competitive and feisty game to be fair.

Both teams have nowt to play for and in the prem (we didn't have many) but these would be training ground exhibitions.

An enjoyable game, clearly some experimenting going on, but we got better especially after the subs & it was a good win against decent, awkward opposition.

I wouldn't expect to see Ameachi again, he's not done enough,  & while Kachunga is miles behind Charles, Bod, Dapo & hopefully Fossey in the pecking order, he can be useful as a squad player.

& their bloke sent off was a dick....diving, feigning injury but jumping up to play & then back down "injured", before getting rightly sent off.

It took an awful long time to be disallowed tbf and the linesman didn’t flag for offside

It looked like we got away with that one.  Was it offside or obstruction on Trafford, or both?  Scoreline flattered us a bit, but then again we didn't play our 'real' team so it counts for little, its a nice win and it would be pointless reading too much into an end of season dead rubber.  But well played JDB.

Looked like he wanted to get subbed too

It was offside from their left winger. We called it right away and thought that they’d got away with it until the lino flagged late but correctly.

And I'd back Sadlier to get at least 8 if he plays as many games as those four, Kieron Lee half a dozen too.  If only we could count on some from the CBs!

Amaechi has got the technical ability to do a job somewhere, but I doubt it .will be in this country and certainly won’t be in this division.

Subs made all the difference. Completely changed our approach to the game after Accy had so much of the ball first half. Hamilton looked much improved on the shadow who played for us. Couldn’t watch that bunch of cheating cunts every week though.

Well spotted.  Unlucky from their point of view, a decent move and good finish.

Enjoyable that, good game to finish on for me, bat and ball starts next week.

Wanted that chance of Charles’ to nestle in the bottom corner,

2nd half was good,

Really looking forward to next season.

When he first arrived and looked decent he put some tremendous corners in. Plenty of pace and a low trajectory.

He's just gone to rat shit since.

I thought we were pretty disjointed for much of today.  Defence were playing short to bring them onto us but then launching it into touch or against their version of Wheevers and losing possession too often.  They pressed us well too and have definitely got the knack of shithousery.

That said, we won.  We're learning and evolving all the time. Bod and Baka look better each game.  Crowds are up.  I'll take it.

Thought was a good game. Accrington Very well organised side Sykes for them has a lot of clubs watching him. He be a good partner for Santos. Very athletic. Dadi is a different class. With a good preseason he be a top player next season. Everts building a great team. 👍👍👍👍👍
