Ok fair fucks they won the league an’ all that, but tonight i had to endure a midnight train full of the turds on a train from Manc to Wigan with loads of feral scruffs singing “Bolton get battered” blah fucking blah.

They can enjoy their day in the sun, but we’re on our way back and our paths will no doubt cross again.

That's a much better option for me. Didn't want them to go bang, just a big reality check. Their older fans will take it in their stride but the younger, entitled element will spit their dummies out big time.

They ain’t getting 8k home fans now, mid table league 1 gonna have to give a shed load of free tickets to achieve 8k. 

This is pretty much the gobby smug rhetoric we were hearing from Wiganers and others when we were going down the pan - but we survived - so I reckon it's a bit daft to be crowing about what may happen to them, especially as there are likely to be lots of twists and turns before the story pans out.

Show a bit of class lads - sympathise publicly (they'll hate that) and you can laugh your socks off privately without running the risk of looking a twat if they come up smelling of roses.
