Don't know any Tics who think we'll walk the league so presume they are winding you up, and succeeding.  On tonight sounds routine for you lot and expected but for us we really need to put teams away after being so much on top...64% possession means fuck all when you miss chances.

On to Saturday and I make you favourites but we could shock you...would take a draw now.

4 goals and assist from Adeboyejo so far, great start from him and the lads.

The 2nd halves are not as entertaining due to us killing the games off in the first, but I'd like to see more of Gomes, he's only shown glimpses, some nice reverse passes, but it was tough with 10 men tonight to create much, Adeboyejo's 4th goal looked tight.

Maybe Charles said something, because if not that was well harsh, but wouldn't be surprising given the yellow car he gave to Ashworth for feck all.

Baxter and Dacres-Cogley seem to have filled the Trafford and Bradley roles very well, great assists by DC and Maghoma, on a plate for Vic, Baxter made 3 great saves in a minute 2nd half, when Fleetwood looked threatening.

I'd rather us be 3 up at half time and have shit second halves than run the gauntlet of how ever last many 5 min wins we got last season. 

They're very entertaining on the day but they aren't a safe passage to automatic promotion.

Watching the Charles thing back, I actually think the ref was suggesting it was 6 of one half a dozen of the other, and giving Charles the chance to shut the fuck up and crack on.

His chatter clearly irritated the ref and at that point he’s probably talked himself into it.

Somehow got the feeling at half time that the ref was going to come up with a second yellow at some point. Evatt must have thought similar but went with the obvious risk of Thomason rather than hooking Charles. Daft to get involved but seemed a massive overreaction really. If nothing else I expect it will accelerate Bod’s return to the squad (though not starting).

Shame all the second half nonsense is detracting from how slick we looked first half!
