Site Supporter FrancisFogarty Posted February 12, 2024 Site Supporter Posted February 12, 2024 Famine feast feast famine. I’m still banking on second and auto-up. There’s more than promotion at stake this time, with real talk of new investors. This season will map out the next few years of BWFC. Quote

woolli Posted February 12, 2024 Posted February 12, 2024 Top 4, which place, who knows? In a really good position at the mo for the top 2, but concerned about the away games we have yet. Time will tell. Quote
RUREADY2ROLL Posted February 12, 2024 Posted February 12, 2024 Top 6; 9 points from the next 3 we will finish top two Quote

Site Supporter Tonge moor green jacket Posted February 12, 2024 Site Supporter Posted February 12, 2024 Internal unrest? Kinell, the new lads knew what they were coming to before hand. The injured lads know they aren't available to play. No one can argue and there are less than 20 games to play. Be reet. Quote

Hopefully it will jacket but the fact is that once we have Rico and Forester back plus George from suspension we’ll have a number of players who won’t even make the bench let alone start. I just have a concern that might affect one or two especially if loan players are starting before them. I hope not because Evatt’s done a brilliant job keeping everyone on board so far but players want to play and IE may be good but he can’t play them all can he? Quote

Every club has players sat on the bench/not in the squad who think they deserve to start. It's called competition. Have you only recently started following football? gonzo Posted February 12, 2024 Posted February 12, 2024 I can that club shop getting hammered once everyone is fit. Straighteners for places. No tools and no hitting below the waist. Quote

Barnsley won't go away lightly but don't think they're as good as last season Quote
Moderators Casino Posted February 14, 2024 Moderators Posted February 14, 2024 if we played barnsley tonight and lost, its 2 points hardly a gap and we have seen how quickly 6/9 points can be turned around Quote

Lostock Whites Posted February 14, 2024 Posted February 14, 2024 Derby have actually been better away from home, I think because they are an out of possession side and prefer sit back and score on the counter from their quick wide players. They're worse when they're expected to dominate and control the game. They've got Stevenage at home and Barnsley away next. Definitely a big opportunity considering our fixtures. Quote

Definitely a big opportunity considering our fixtures. https://amp.sportsmole.co.uk/football/league-one/table.html Have a gander at the respective home and away tables. Derby, Barnsley aren't the best at home, and we still have to go there. Even Peterborough have not accrued as many points at home as I thought they might have. If we can take points off Blackpool and Wigan, then we can take points against anyone. At home, we're number 1, without many close rivals to play neither. Quote
