I mean, that looks like our badge but definately didn't look like any English involved in that 30 second chair throwing contest.   One bloke had red jeans on for god sake

Is it possible that he's Albanian and lives in Bolton and supports Wanderers?

Possible. But fairly unlikely, let’s be honest.

Would be willing to concede there are probably plenty of Albanians living in Bolton but I doubt (m)any of them are Wanderers fans.

Loving the way Slovakia are rattling the Belgians.

Some excellent crisp passing and movement - exactly what Evatt is trying to get from our lot. Unfortunately, they are taking risks at the back just like us.

Still the Belgian side, stuffed with quality players are not getting any joy and the technique on that strike was superb - still only 1 nil to Slovakia but could be 3 - 1.

Loads of Bolton and Wigan in Germany yesterday, enjoyed the banter etc.  Work Tues and Weds, back out Thursday morning.  Thankfully the lads out there ain't as negative as some of the folks/press back home, sang our hearts out at the final whistle.

Should be an easy team selection Thursday for me

Trent dropped

Bellingham plays next to rice

Foden 10

Gordon on the left

Not saying you’re wrong, but you’d be going against the 3 pundits I’ve heard talk about England today, Murphy, Lescott and Thomas Frank, who all said they think TAA deserves his place in the next game. They did this while both acknowledging some of the things he needs to improve but pointing out why he’s the best man for that job.

I think these guys who are paid to watch and analyse football for a living possibly view the selection you propose as too much of a risk for an international team who are vulnerable at the back.

I can’t see Bellingham playing alongside Rice or Foden in midfield  or us using two 8’s or Foden in a 10 in this tournament.

Fair enough. Much like last night's mediocre performance wasn't all Southgate's fault. Managers can only do so much.

It was and will always be on Evatt. Unforgiveable. I'm still just as annoyed at him as I was after the game.

Are we now going to compare every England game with our play off final. Yesterday was massively different. England were excellent in the first half for starters.

I'm sure we'll improve.

This front 4 for Belgium on paper is every bit as good as ours.

Lukaku wouldn't get in the England squad.

There's not a chance in hell Bellingham is ever going back to being a 6.

He's just won a champions league and player of the season playing basically as a false 9.

Leave him where he is, running the show. It's up to Foden to sort his own form out.

TAA has had all his success, won everything, as a wing back

Bellingham can do that job far better than he can

And Foden can do just as good a job in the middle as JB

But instead let's start playing folk out of position and watch them do fuck all

This.

Give foden another chance against the Danes and if he doesn't perform then palmer comes in for the 3rd game.

Also as much as i hate to say it we need shaw back in there.

Bellingham is currently the best player in the world as a number 10/false 9. We can't be having him deep now, be like playing Lampard there.

Trent shouldn't be anywhere near our midfield for me. We've got Mainoo and Gallagher perfectly capable of playing 6.

Rice will cover everything anyway.

Absolutely

Bellingham can shift forward when we have the ball to
