Just back from the pub and I'm exhausted after watching that. How lucky were England? Said to the missus with minutes to go of regular time when she wanted to go home that everything can change in 10 seconds in football and fuck me we got lucky and equalised. Hopefully she's now a believer even though she knows fuck all about football.

Mixed emotions 

That was a legendary moment from Jude. Then the intensity straight from the off to get the second. 

The folk on here who were clearly disappointed when we equalised need to get a grip. Southgate’s system has been shocking, but not support your team because of it is bonkers. 
 

Can’t see Southgate changing much to be honest, he needs to but doubt he will. Would like to see Palmer start & just some fckn intensity & risk taking

Thought we should have brought on Watkins for Kane after he got his goal. I know he's not a defender/midfielder but his runs would have kept them honest at the back and prevented them from pushing on to us so much. Hate it defending a lead by packing the defence.

In any other period of the game that throw in goes backwards and we end up with the back four passing it between themselves. Again.

You'd suspect Switzerland will have way too much for us but stranger things have happened. Sides have won tournaments without playing well until well in to the knock out games. I'd be amazed if that happened with our lot.
