Its the combination of pass, pass, pass / slow build up, and most teams now being organised enough to grind out a 0-0 or 1-0 by having 10 behind the ball (other than Bolton obviously!).  I find most football games boring and I end up Sky plussing them so that I can fast forward until something actually happens.  There are exceptions (Georgia/Austria etc) but so many Prem and international games are just dull, nobody wants to shoot or take any risks that might, god forbid, cough up the prized possession and ruin the stats.

Agreed they've been as overrated/disappointing as most of the tournament favourites, but they've played Belgium, Poland, Holland, Austria.  We've played Serbia, Denmark, Slovenia and Slovakia.  I think we'd be happy if we'd got through their games with 2 wins and 2 draws.  In 90 minutes we managed 3 draws and an iffy 1-0 win against worse opposition (on paper).
