Southwood was the only one doing anything to try to stop it to be fair. Probably did as much as he could given the bounce. If you can bear it, probably worth a second watch.

Fair enough I'll watch it back at some point (not today!).  But the reaction of everyone around me was why the hell didn't he catch it, or at least knock it to anywhere except the striker's head?  It looked awful, but I'll happily have another look.  I still say Baxter is our no.1 keeper by some distance.

I agree Morley was the best of our starters (not as good as any recent performances by Matete though IMO) but I never saw Tomo hiding, I saw a player desperate to get involved, trying to tackle, trying to get us moving forward.  Just without the ability to make it happen.

I think he tries too hard. Everything has gone to rat-shit and for a new, young captain it will be a difficult gig.

Those early, defence splitting balls he has played in the past don't seem to be there- as is the case with so many who are well below their levels.

Thanks to Evatts savvy substitutions and management managed to salvage a point.

Evatt in !

You are correct, but as others have said, he isn't averse to dishing abuse out himself.

He also had had several pops over the season in the media.

Whatever the rights and wrongs are, it is a poor look, and plenty of clubs would look on such behaviour disapprovingly.

Whilst it is a poor look I don't blame him one bit, if half of the posters on here where in his position they'd have climbed into the stand and started windmilling.

And the 'pops' over the season are how some people interpret them, just like how every interview/comment he makes now is twisted and turned into something else entirely.

Left early

Missed the equaliser

Don't regret it

Absolute dog shit

It wasn’t even that good, but still nearly 20,000 on according to BBC !

And it got f’ing cold.

Can’t wait for Tuesday. I’m putting my duffel coat on.

Pretty damning rendition of “we want Evatt out” post the equaliser and at full time from all sides of the ground.

If the board had any thoughts that that equaliser changed any minds then they were made very aware of the answer.

It's sad to read so many reports of supporters falling out with each other in the stands

If so then yes.it is. It can't be Evatt In v Evatt Out as who the fck would be in the In group ?

Complete domination 😂

Santos has an issue

Well we've known that since play off final

0:09 FIX IT THEN!

Stop inviting pressure onto your backline by essentially removing your midfield.

You have to stop their attacks before they even get to your box. This is basic stuff.

I know one man shouldn’t make a difference but with Santos off I thought we showed more urgency.
The second half showed some green shoots of recovery especially in attitude and attempting to change the game.

Just my opinion like.

We’ll play shite, a sub will get an equaliser in injury time and Evatt will point to a tactical masterclass

Not too far off😁

That was laughably shite

It was very telling that you score a last 5 minutes equaliser, and the crowd (well crazy corner) reacts with "we want Evatt out".  I wonder if any , team has ever scored an equaliser and got that reaction before the kick off has even been taken!  Not one bit of "come on, we can win this" like we would normally have.

Not a lot to say about today's game. Very poor. Our defending is awful. But so is midfield and attack. Definitely starting to get toxic in the stadium.

Yes and that issue is Evatt

See, I don't think those comments are simple interpretation differences.

I think he knew full well what he was doing, as he is increasingly doing now with the "technical guff" etc.

Seems to be going off on his own rail track to nowhere, yet believing it will take him to a higher plane of enlightenment and promotion.

Glad I had to miss today. Going to practice my booing for Tuesday night

Yep, hope there's still a player in there when the current situation is resolved and we have a capable manager. Lots of damage being done dragging this out.

Boring, Turgid football yet again.

What makes the board change their mind. I’m struggling to see when they call it if it isn’t now. We have just scraped a point against Cambridge who sit 23rd in the league.

He’s lost the fans and his position is untenable.

Call it now Sharon and put us out our misery.

Can’t believe we’re 3 points from the playoffs with a game in hand.

Looking at March fixtures we’ll not be 2 points off play offs  after them.

Aye.

There must be increasing division, anger, bitterness etc between various members of the playing and coaching staff.

A boil that really needs lancing.

Haven’t looked at the table in weeks but just done so. Can’t believe that if we win our game in hand we are in a play off spot. This league is dogshit this year.

Needs the Board to be brave because as long as we are in touch IE will believe he can turn it round.
