Any returns will never quite be the same unless we want back to Reebok, both as manufacturer and sponsor.

It wasn’t a bad attempt the other year, but the Home Bargains sponsor ruined it.

Agreed, but if the rumblings are true... 😉

Imagine trying to play in that though now? 😂 it’s mental, the shift in fit, fabric etc in 30 years. I suppose it’s all gone on a major evolution since 1970; but look at the trends since say Italia 90; short shorts, baggy shorts, layered shirts, kombat fit, aesthetic lace up collars, even fucking onesies, you’ve got a 30 year period in the game where every manufacturer thought fuck it- let’s reinvent the wheel. Things have steadied a bit since… or maybe I’ll just getting old.

We were incredibly lucky to have that kit, hit Reebok on the crest of a wave- they were massive, we were rising. Nobody else had that luxury, it was unique… if the Gallaghers were from Breightmet not Burnage that kit would’ve been walls across the world.

Actually scratch that, would’ve probably still supported them Cunts if they lived in Breightmet

Just bought the yellow sports bra number from classic football shirts down in London. Long sleeve with SKD on the back. Just as ugly as I remember but one for the collection.

Got WC ready with a Danny Sturridge England shirt too.

Out of my collection , Ive given the kids whatever they wanted and now be selling off any that dont fit anymore which is below 5XL . From the green teal away kit onwards do they have any value ?

Got a few of the old badge polo's too . Nothing rare other than the masters winning light blue .

I loved the black away kits but they never made my size .
