Traf
Hmm, some of the lads round here were on about it too. They thought it was hilarious. I also think it's quite funny. We should do Matt Busby's statue before weekend.

L/H White
I've heard from a Burnly fan, those with tickets have to be in the ground 2 hours before and for an hour after. Any truth?

I've heard they'll not be allowed on public transport without a ticket & a rumour of a road block somewhere near Huncoat.

Tyldesley White
I've heard from a Burnly fan, those with tickets have to be in the ground 2 hours before and for an hour after. Any truth? Every Burnley fan with a ticket has to meet at Burnleys ground 2 hours before kick off to collect there tickets and then make there way to Ewood on coach, thats the only way they can travel then obvoiusly the same coming back, it was in the paper that a Burnley fan that lives next to Ewood has to do a 50 mile round trip eventhough he lives the a few streets away
Traf
It's a 30 mile round trip, but I see your point. The local police have insisted that all Burnley fans travel on the official coaches. These coaches leave Turf Moor at 9.30am. It's a 20 minute journey to Ewood Park: kick off is at 12 noon. They're going to dump the Burnley fans inside the ground at 10am! Like them or not: it's no way to treat people.

If this happened in a 3rd world/far eastern country there'd be outrage from the dogooders.

Matt Lofthouse
Very funny. Anything that pisses Blackburn off is good in my eyes. Didn?t Liverpool fans once paint Dixie Dean red? Bet that went down well.

I know, I didn't get the comment either The Chief of Police was most accomadating when I told him that there was no need to give us an escort to the ground as we'd already sorted our own In fact, after I phoned Dragon he even reopened the bar Nice chap
