PF is one of my favourite films. Unlike a lot of films almost every character in PF is a major player in an above average story. But like with me and Oasis (and later the Gallaghers), utter rubbish. Second watch makes perfect sense and then after that it just gets better and better. One of the most quotable films I've ever seen (The Princess Bride being number one) The monologue by Christopher Walken is simply outstanding. " . . . up his ass!" Quote

madthatter Posted February 6, 2018 Posted February 6, 2018 Cloverfield 3 - utter mince Saw it yesterday: A genre I like and thought it had some good moments of body horror and a decent idea; I like how they've marketed this franchise and it adds to the whole feel and allows immersion. A good cast too but it came across as a bit of a jumbled mess. Not sure if that was intentional or not, given the content? Probably not. The Irish fella's 'gags' were shite and totally out of place - ruined it a bit for me. Quote
