no balls Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 I wonder if the Brum fans are whining too.
smithills_gent Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 right...would people be happy if all tickets were ?20? Yes. It is the ?5 discount that some people will have a problem with.It would be the same if tickets were ?10 and ?5 or ?35 and ?30 respectively.
frank_spencer Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 Been to every FA cup game and I've a season ticket, can I get another five off?
Boothy Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 What a fuckin' non-issue. Can't believe anyone is whinging.
Smiffs Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 Shut your fucking whining or get your money out up front at the start of the season.
athywhite1958 Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 So because you've been to 4 cup games, you're wondering why season ticket holders who have paid upfront for 19 games get a discount. What are you studying, I hope it's not maths, economics or common sense or spelling
RUREADY2ROLL Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 What a fuckin' non-issue. Can't believe anyone is whinging. I cant believe it also - ?5 the miserable gets
Garrp Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 What. a ridiculous discussion Its more effort getting a season ticket than doing 4 games Typical student attitude, no one deserves anything over them For the record i dont have a season ticket
tylswhite Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 How the fuck is anybody moaning season ticket holders having a discount? Absolute fucking lunacy.
Casino Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 there is, of course, an easy solution go buy one on monday while you buy your brum ticket everyones a winner
Guest Biff Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 Right now we've sorted the match tickets, why should travel club members get free travel to Birmingham and others have to pay ?16.
SatanGreavsie Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 I think anyone buying a ticket should get given ?100 off next years ST, or ?100 worth of free tickets next year by the club Why? Well if say 4k go, that'll cost the club ?400k But the total prize money for winning and even then subsequently losing the semi comes to ?810k. So everyone's a winner I get ?100 off me new ST, Bolton make ?400k You know it makes sense
kaydan Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 When you buy a season ticket it states priority/discounted tickets for cup games. Season ticket holders know this, so I guess do the non-season ticket holders. It's a perk for stumping up ?300+ months before you will see the actual product. Fair play to non st holders who have been to all the cup games so far, but you know how it works.
Ljsimms Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 Right now we've sorted the match tickets, why should travel club members get free travel to Birmingham and others have to pay ?16. this i agree with - gonna cost an extra ?32 to go??

But what if we lose Tell you what why dont the club pay the fans win bonuses; if we win we get our ticket costs refunded or points against reduction in season ticket prices - might end up paying us to go Hope the clubs commercial director reads these forums because we have ways to make it pay
Athywhite_Mike Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 The club cannot please EVERYONE all the time. St holders should always get priority. Travel club members should get a discount. It's the clubs way if rewarding the majority of loyal fans.
Guest Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 ?15 No grumbling here If you don't get some priority for being a season ticket holder; what is the point The club are reinforcing that STs do have meaning
Mounts Kipper Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 Lets just get down to St Andrews in massive numbers, lets show the brummies our better side, 5000 loud as fook Bolton fans (forget the T.V. for this one)a big backing might just push us on to Wembley.
oggybwfc Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 ?15 for me a fiver for the lad and free lift, glad i am a season ticket holder.
Casino Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 The club are reinforcing that STs do have meaning strictly speaking, it's brum doing the reinforcing
Guest Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 strictly speaking, it's brum doing the reinforcing If I were a non-ST, I would be buying one tomorrow, just in case we get to the final. How many tickets might we be allocated? My guess; 20,000 13,000 STs? Hangers on, Corporate johnnies, Lifeline 7,000+ all gone
little whitt Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 If I were a non-ST, I would be buying one tomorrow, just in case we get to the final. How many tickets might we be allocated? MickyD Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 Think there were a lot more S/T holders then but yes, a lot of folk didn't get tickets due to the S/T holders grabbing what they could rather than what they needed.
