Traf Posted December 27, 2011 Posted December 27, 2011 Steinsson & Ricketts as full backs next game, please. Quote
BOWTUN BAKED Posted December 27, 2011 Posted December 27, 2011 This evening, I have drafted a letter, under the trades description act, that Paul Robinson can no longer call himself A PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALLER. We shall keep you informed of the result, so you may contact your lawyers directly. Thankyou for...... 'seriously, who is this CUNT' BOWTUN BAKED Quote
onlyoneawalker Posted December 27, 2011 Posted December 27, 2011 Happy to not see him in a bolton shirt again I'm afraid fucking woeful this season - chuck a kid in for me bollocks to it Quote
HomerJay Posted December 27, 2011 Posted December 27, 2011 Robbo may have give the ball away, but he did get back in to defend rather than meander about. Cahill was meant to be marking ba. Robbo had a reasonable game up to then, in fact he made a couple of vital challenges when the rest of the defence had gone missing Quote

Cahill was meant to be marking ba. Robbo had a reasonable game up to then, in fact he made a couple of vital challenges when the rest of the defence had gone missing Depends on your definition of defending. Robbo got back but decided to back of obertan and let him cross it. Ba got there ahead of cahill. Alan shearer's comment on motd re that incident was "i'm not quite sure what robinson is doing there", or words to that effect. Couldn't of put it better myself alan. (Ps, you're still a boring tosser) Quote
HomerJay Posted December 27, 2011 Posted December 27, 2011 I'm not defending his ability, he's gash But he's not the only one He will never hide and sulk though, where others will. That makes them worse. Quote

That makes them worse. Collectively we're very poor defensively and all of them are responsible for that but his individual errors are costing us goals regularly he should be dropped and stay dropped it's not his fault he gets picked like but it's getting to "anyone but him" stage ditto boyata at right back Quote
HomerJay Posted December 27, 2011 Posted December 27, 2011 Mistakes are forgivable, not being dedicated to the cause is not. Plus we don't really have options at left back. Or do we, is Gardner fit? Any robbo is a scapegoat and thats a shame IMO Quote
enzo gambaro Posted December 27, 2011 Posted December 27, 2011 (edited) Mistakes are forgivable, not being dedicated to the cause is not. Plus we don't really have options at left back. Or do we, is Gardner fit? Any robbo is a scapegoat and thats a shame IMO He shouldn't be above criticism just because he's our only available option. When we restarted yesterday the first thing Robbo did was slice it out for a throw in. We got away with that until a few seconds later when he got the ball and gave it back to them. Then he failed to get anything like tight enough on Obertan, and it was game over. I'm fucked if I'm forgiving that because he tries. Edited December 27, 2011 by enzo gambaro Quote
gonzo Posted December 27, 2011 Posted December 27, 2011 hes like a monkey in a tea shop. permenantly one second away from complete disaster,i shit my pant anytime the ball goes in his direction. completely out of his depth. Quote
little whitt Posted December 27, 2011 Posted December 27, 2011 hes vary left footed worse then giggs at one point he went round in a circle 3 fucking times Quote
MickyD Posted December 27, 2011 Posted December 27, 2011 If he was as consistently good as the likes of Cashley Cole he wouldn't be playing for us. We don't get shit players because we want shit players. We get them because other clubs get first pick. Quote
Burndens Bogs Posted December 27, 2011 Posted December 27, 2011 I'ts looking increasingly likely that this season Robinson will complete a hat-trick of Premiership relegations, having already been relegated with Watford and West Brom - can you think of any players who can beat this "achievement"? Quote
HomerJay Posted December 27, 2011 Posted December 27, 2011 Herman heariederson (or however you spell it) Quote
birch-chorley Posted December 27, 2011 Posted December 27, 2011 Steinsson & Ricketts as full backs next game, please. And if there not fit? Quote
Burndens Bogs Posted December 27, 2011 Posted December 27, 2011 Herman Hreidarsson (or however you spell it) Good one- He's been relegated with 4 different Premiership sides. Any more for anymore? Quote
Traf Posted December 27, 2011 Posted December 27, 2011 Nigel Quashie is the relegation king. I heard something a few years back about him getting relegated 6 times or something. Quote
beer_swiller Posted December 27, 2011 Posted December 27, 2011 The biggest problem are both full backs, no matter who plays there cannot prevent continuous crosses into the box. Because of injuries coyles hands are firmly tied, he has tried to address the situation and gave alonso his chance, unfortunately he had to revert to Robinson. Quote
ROSSENDALEWHITE Posted December 27, 2011 Posted December 27, 2011 Robinson is a pub player, I'm sorry but I could do a better job and I would only want ?300 a week. He's never in position to slow and blames everyone but himself, the worst player I have ever seen. How many goals have we conceded this season because of that clown/prick, I'd give a youth player a chance in the next game because he cant be any worse. Quote
