superjohnmcginlay Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 (edited) Not our best striker surely? Edited May 16, 2012 by superjohnmcginlay Quote

Casino Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 that 25 yard half volley on sunday was beyond the capability of the rest of our lot - cept possibly eagles and petrov maybe we should have played him more with a more solid 10 behind him maybe Quote
DazBob Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 He was going to go regadless of what happened on Sunday. One of the best finishers we've ever had at the club but a bone idle fucker. Mind you, if he was the sort of player who did put in a 'shift' then he'd have been playing for a bigger/better club than us anyway. Not too arsed tbh. Step forward Marvin... Quote
Guest Frandsen08 Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 we might as well get used to it, hes not the first and wont be the last to be leaving this summer. I'd rather focus on the players who are ready to play for this club in a lower division. thanks for the service but if you are not going to be Bolton wanderers next summer bollocks to you, life goes on. jules_darby Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 There's a lad that can fuck off Talented, talented lad - he saw balls and opportunities that others didn't; but in terms of application he was a lazy cunt And now he's not our cunt Quote
amerste Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 (edited) A massive lump of the wage bill, can be better spent elsewhere. Edited May 16, 2012 by amerste Quote
Carlos Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 Klasnic in a lower league would be like Andy Walker, do nothing but score. I'd rather we kept him TBH. Quote
Garrp Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 Klasnic in a lower league would be like Andy Walker, do nothing but score. I'd rather we kept him TBH. What he said Quote
L/H White Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 20 goals in the Championship with ease would Klasnic. Gutted he's gone. Quote
burndenpaddock Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 I won't miss him, lazy in the Premiership, lazy in the Championship. Sordell scored 10 goals in half a season for a below average Championship team. I reckon we'll get more goals out of him next season than we would with Klas. Quote
Carlos Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 That's the mentality of this club isn't it. Folk used to call Anelka lazy. Utterly fucking baffling. Quote
Guest Blixa Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 20 goals in the Championship with ease would Klasnic. Gutted he's gone. But how much money would he want? Suspect the club might have sounded him out and made a decision on that. Quote
AylesburyWhite Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 Lazy/idle or did his kidney condition mean he could never be fully fit. See he was in Opta Premiership Top 10 for shhoting accuracy Quote
burndenpaddock Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 If you've got hard working players around someon That's the mentality of this club isn't it. Folk used to call Anelka lazy. Utterly fucking baffling. Granted, he is a goalscorer and if you've got hard working players around someone like Klasnic/Anelka, then fair dos, you can accomodate them. When Anelka was in the team, we had people like Nolan, Taylor etc that did the chasing around that Anelka wouldn't do. But when you are relying on players like him to carry a team, it doesn't work. Surely we've seen that this season with some of his cameo appearances that Klasnic made, he put away his chances when he got them but that was very rare and he never went looking for the ball. A lot of people on here described him as a statue towards the end of the season - what makes you think that would be different next season? Quote
mickbrown Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 Anelka was never lazy for us, he worked his bollox off. Quote
Carlos Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 Because it's entirely a different game in the Championship, played at about half the pace and with half the ability as the BPL. Klasnic would have a field day. Quote
SatanGreavsie Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 Klasnic in a lower league would be like Andy Walker, do nothing but score. I'd rather we kept him TBH. Indeed - look at Vaz Te Quote

burndenpaddock Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 And so will Sordell, at half the price and with twice the work-rate. Quote
L/H White Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 But how much money would he want? Suspect the club might have sounded him out and made a decision on that. With in reason he should of been our top earner if he stayed. His goals could of easily taken us back to the BPL. Quote
