no balls Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 It's not a myth, it just isn't for an average walk up ticket. Some clubs have tickets for those on low incomes/unemployed and season tickets deals can be incredible. A season ticket at Dortmond is £186 I think we have a £199 one. But we are all bit poor up here to be fair. Quote
superjohnmcginlay Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 Jim White just said it so it must be true Quote
Sweep Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 permission granted now That'll be him coming then I would have thought. Are we going to0 give him a chance, or shall we start hounding him outy straight away? Quote
superjohnmcginlay Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 bedsheets out, Birch must still have some at the ready Quote
superjohnmcginlay Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 It seems he is on his way then, as long as Phillips Darby and Lee remain as part of the set up then no issue from me, its a strange fookin selection granted though. no more outsiders please and fat kit men Quote
bwfc87 Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 I think we should give Jimmy and co a few more games to see how they do. Don't really know what to make of Freedman, anyway he might fuck up the interview, if not he'd better be willing to work with OUR coaching staff. Quote
Uncle Albert Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 as long as Phillips Darby and Lee remain as part of the set up That's where I'm at, we can't afford another backroom disaster. Quote
MalcolmW Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 If it is him, could we please give him a lap when he arrives? Maybe I'm more of an eternal optimist than I thought, but could we please give him a chance? As ever, the voice of reason! Quote

Didledee Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 Got to the semi's of the Carling Cup, beat Man United, 4th in the table, sounds a bit like Coyle with Burnley, though replace United with Spurs and promotion with current position. Quote
superjohnmcginlay Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 Who let the Doog out? Who, who, who! very good that one Carlos Quote
Carlos Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 Although at the moment it's more "how much is that Doogie in the window?". Quote
Burndens Bogs Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 I'd rather see what Jimmy,Little Sam and Jules can do. What's the point in signing a rookie Championship manager with a 35% win rate, who has no links to our club whatsoever. Quote

What's the point in signing a rookie Championship manager with a 35% win rate, who has no links to our club whatsoever. Bit unfair just to chuck the "with a 35% win rate" in there considering the mess they were in when he initially took charge. Also, fwiw, I couldn't care less whether our next manager has any prior links to our club or not. Quote
mickbrown Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 Just read on a Palace site that Freedman's agent is that Curtis fella who was Megson's agent and caused all that bother with Souness. We're not going down that road again are we? Quote
superjohnmcginlay Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 ive seen that but not found anything else that he is his agent, Malc? Quote
onefinfrandsen Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 Still think he will turn us down yet, hes got time on is hands and may look at what happened to coyle and think that could happen to him. Quote
