Cant we have a separate thread for Everton based news because I couldn't give a flying fook about whats going down on Merseyside and don't want to read it on here. Sorry Pablo.

Can we stop this instant negativity to everything BWFC it's embarrassing and tedious bringing every one down and achieves fuck all if that's the default mode your set in give your head a fucking wobbl

  • I'm not convinced about that. He comes across as more deluded than Coyle on occasions.

"Sky Sources" Wolves have agreed a fee with Leicester for Chris Wood.

Guess it was always a long shot him coming here.

is that their equivalent Maximus?

Our friend Nixon has just blocked me on Twatter for simply saying I hope Dougie follows Robins

Bit touchy....

He doesnt like being questioned thats for sure! Blocked me for questioning him as well a while back.

Mason, signed, season loan.

BEN has Mason signed until the January window.

Good news, but we/Mason still need another up top. Proved last year he can't do it as a single striker.

At last, now we need two more strikers. Chris Woods 4 goals in 26 matches, no thanks.

Great news about Mason. Wish it had happened last week!

Agreed, hope one of the other two 'attacking options' is one Mason can work with, otherwise he'll have as limited impact as he had last time. Waste of time putting him with Beckford as neither can hold the ball up for each other and Davies isn't good enough.

Concerning that all we seem to be doing is re-signing players who, between them, had us where we were up to when we signed a couple (Juke and, later, Hutton) that made us look decent.

Wonder if he signed that new deal before he left?

On his own upfront against Forest?

Good business

If he's signed in time for Bury on Tuesday would like to see Mason and Wilkinson given a chance together.

Great call that. Think they could forge a good partnership

have you actually seen wilkinson play?

only ask as i've not

picture i have of him is a big lad but not particularly physical

He's a skinny lad but put himself about a bit at Tranmere. Won a few headers against stronger looking lads

where did the headers land :)

Closer to our players then Craig Davies' yesterday as there was often not a white shirt within 30 yards of him

Seen him play for development squad. Hard to judge the level but he puts himself about and holds on to theball well. Good touch aswell. Linked well with Clough the times I saw him

Mason on his own is not the answer and is just another of Super Dougies "I hope it works" signings.

Having watched him last season, at times I forgot he was on the pitch and we need another physical striker if its going to work.

Could Mason on his own work with a fit Mark Davies behind him and playing out from the back rather than being direct?

It could work but the likelihood of Mark Davies being fits is minimal

I like Mason. He's easily good enough at this level. Just annoying that there's no chance of him coming on a permanent basis if Cardiff have tied him down. Seems like we're just treading water at the moment.

Would give wilkinson an opportunity with Masson on Tuesday as can cause no great harm.

McNaughton  Mills  Wheater  Moxey/Ream

Feeney  Spearing  Davies  Danns

Mason  New Striker

If we can get that player to play up top with Mason then that team looks 100x better than the shit we put out yesterday

Looks like crouch, needs toughening up a bit though as got pushed off the ball a bit too easy, not afraid of shooting though
