Preston was once a Football town sadly now it seems to have lost its heart and soul but that’s how footballs gone folk born in towns supporting clubs from other towns, it’s the same up and down the country and Football is poorer for that phenomenon. Yesterday they had 11,500 again'st Ipswich, but often struggle to get much above 10,000 at Deepdale. They have a hugh catchment area with only Blackpool as local rivals..
