Crowd only 500 more than ours for a Championship title/play off match

Blackburn not cashing in plays a massive point in that crowd. I’d have given them half the ground.

I'm not a fan of what I'm about to say because it's used unnecessarily at times. But Oldham is a proper northern club. Good to see them back in the league. Chuffed for 'em.

They only gave Burnley 2k but apparently quite a lot in Roverrrrs end

However for a L1 play off chasing team we had a higher home support than a Championship play off chasing team

Kompany missed a trick by not running out and planting a Burnley flag in the centre spot.

I quite respect the fact that they didn't cash in, it would be rubbing their own fans noses in it to allow them to take over half the ground or whatever.  If that ever happens to us - Burnley, Blackburn, Wigan etc winning something here, I'd hope we'd limit their tickets to ease our pain and not have to live with the memory of thousands of them celebrating.

Do you reckon lancs police had a day as to whether they could cash in or not?

Surprised it was played mid week with a full day on the lash before hand

Blackburn fans can’t still be smarting about our promotion party at their place in 1978 can they?

Nah - think positive. 5k more of their fans to be pissed off, as the whites take over a Lancashire domination 😊

I see Lampard losing again

Superb wasn't it? I've no idea what sport City are playing tonight but it's streets ahead of the football I usually see.

It is and I'm glad we won't have to worry about it for the foreseeable.

WBA were denied a clear penalty earlier that VAR would have overturned so its not all bad.

Not a patch on our following when we won the championship at Ewood, oh what a night that was.

Another VAR decision goes in the scousers favour; it’s shit and needs binning
