lobbypond Posted April 24, 2023 Posted April 24, 2023 Spaffed his peak years up the wall at Spurs. What a waste. Quote
radcliffe white Posted April 24, 2023 Posted April 24, 2023 Surely he will want to stay in the PL and break shearers record? Quote

He could be the difference in them winning thye CL. Scotland ??!! Now you are taking the piss. Its an Elite league, simple as that. He wont cost too much now if he does not sign a new deal, £100 mill fee for him is way gone. You push for Real....La liga is worse that German league at the moment....but ovcourse Real would be a great move. Both clubs in top 5 on the planet, ever. Quote
TrickyTrotter Posted April 24, 2023 Posted April 24, 2023 Spurs sack the interim manager covering for the manager they sacked 🤣 Quote
globaldiver Posted April 24, 2023 Posted April 24, 2023 Rochdale; some sadness for them, but over 100 years in the league and have done very little. The most mediocre stay of any club? Quote

Because of that united will get that 3rd/4th spot along with Newcastle. Not by being any good but by being less shit than the other 3 'big 6' clubs. Quote

Survived re-election twice before the days of relegation from the (4th) division, and in their first season in league football (1920s) they were bottom and had to re-apply for membership. Quote
London Wanderer Posted April 24, 2023 Posted April 24, 2023 That Championship playoff run looks pretty tasty. Mad to think that there can be between 10 - 20 points between a 6th finish and 3rd finish and those in 6th can get promoted. Quote

Johnnyrotten Posted April 24, 2023 Posted April 24, 2023 Just noticed Chorley have a decent chance of getting in the National League North play offs. Need to win their last game at Gloucester (that famous Northern city) and need another result or 2 in their favour. Amazing that league...Darlington are 13th with one game to go and looking at the table it seems they can still go up!! 3 points off Scarborough in 6th with a better goal difference, will depend on other results obviously but still unreal. Haaland is making the prem look easier that Germany too… Such a typical english bias opinion, getting daft now. bayern are fkin huge, winning titles in that country is the same as here.
