I'm not a fan of what I'm about to say because it's used unnecessarily at times. But Oldham is a proper northern club. Good to see them back in the league. Chuffed for 'em.

It won't happen, but it would be great if an unfancied team won it again, like Leicester did.

Palace have shown that Liverpool aren't impregnable, which is obviously great news.

Be a few games off today

Just been looking, and so far, can't see any off in England.

Our game definately on. Pitch inspection at 12.30 at Rovers, what a small time club they are.

Chelsea were well worth it, considering they were without Delap and Palmer again they caused Liverpool all sorts of problems

Bradley's struggling a bit at minute, bless him, evident Slot doesn't fancy him as much as Klopp did, hooked at HT tonight for 2nd game running

He got hooked as he was on a yellow I think.

It was probably a factor but Slot doesn't seem to be sure what he wants in that position, brought Frimpong in, doesn't play him, ends up with Szoboslai at RB, a bit of a waste

Bradley was never at that level.  That's no criticism, Bergsson was the best defender I've seen at Bolton but I know he wasn't an elite top 6 team level.  Its surprising Bradley has started games at Liverpool, he could do with moving to a normal team where he could be undisputed regular right back.  Or just come back to us in the championship next season.

Anything but. They may have a lot of attacking weapons but they are shit in the middle at the back. Can see why they were chasing Guehi so hard. He'll be joining a big club instead.

Great attacks win games. Great defences win championships. Arsenal.

Yep, lucky not to get two yellows first half

Slot did the same with kerkez v Burnley after 38 mins

Bradley has been great for Liverpool, particularly when he first went back after his loan.

He did have an injury that kept him out for a while, which may have put him back for a while.

If Slot doesn't feel as confident in him that's fair enough, but it may also be the case that being in and out has affected his confidence, and maybe that of others in that position.

He was great under Klopp though, and fully deserving of his place.

Napoli v Genoa today for me.

Loved Sarcevic’s chested finish yesterday but it’s very annoying that the turncoat’s team are 7 points ahead of us.

I read up about them after this. I recall Runcorn being a very solid NPL & then Conference team based at Canal Street. Their ground suffered all sorts of issues & they went bust. This is a direct phoenix club from them.

I played a Runcorn team (not these) in a Cheshire Jnr. Cup game in the early 80's. & were overrun in the 2nd half. On about 80 minutes & 3-0 down the ref blew & told us all to stand still. Then shunted us to a half of the centre circle each then started counting. They had 12 players on. They'd brought their sub on at half time but 'forgot' to take anyone off.

Lots of "oh, go 'ed" and offers to play with 10 from then & gift us a goal. The ref. stopped the game & it was to be rearranged but they refused to replay it.

Gotta love amateur football.

Lucky lad. Expecting a big reaction to an unlucky defeat in Milan.

Hope so as it's the last leg of a so far successful 4 timer!

Forza Napoli!

Yeah Runcorn town are the other one. I went to Runcorn a first round fa cup game at Bristol rovers many moons back. It’s a decent set up there now.

same weekend we beat Leeds on a Sunday. What a weekend for a 15 year old with a free house. No party but two games watching shit clubs.

Highlighted it on MOTD no matter who they play there they're often left 2v1 as Salah doesn't track back and the tweak to midfield means no one is coming over to help out.
