Companies' registered addresses are quite often their accountants who more often than not have done all the paperwork and filed it with Companies House on their behalf. Nowt to see here.

If Emerson/Orbit/Grangefern all own everything else connected to BWFC it would probably make sense for them to invest in the football club.
