He posts in character.

The character has been doing it for well over a decade now and nobody seems to see it.

He’s clearly intelligent and does it well.

Provocative and divisive.

Engagement is his oxygen.

Ask yourself a question “Is he really worth all your mental energy”?

I personally have him on ignore but quotes obviously appear.

Think about it.

He’s not real.

The majority on here are.

Are you talking about @Cheeseor @royal white?

The Food Hall has opened at Bolton Market. Had a mooch around. Didn’t buy anything but it both looks and smells good. Various stalls with a variety of foods and a small bar.  I’ve said previously, t

Know where you mean now. I'll have a look in when I'm next in Bolton TC - prob the food festival

Wracking my brains. What was the place called in the 80s/90s when town was bouncing? Can picture The Swan, that bottle bar that was around there for a while, and Corks wine bar but can't recall that place at all

Cromptons mule.

Used to be ace on a Friday and Saturday night

I made some terrible decisions in Hawthorns.

And a couple of really good ones.

Adored the place

Ah OK. Never went in but knew it was there. Thought it might have been called something different back then. Knew the name but didn’t know it was that place. Should have been a clue by the old signage :rolleyes2:

Loved that place. Mid 80s. The centre of Chicago House Music. Rammed every weekend

Same as you re decisions. Met the first Mrs Manc in there. Could say that was a bad decision but wouldn’t have my daughters if I hadn’t so it sort of balances out. Made worse decisions in Rockafellas :D

Hawthorns was ace. And Pink Panthers before that. Finally had somewhere with decent music after the pubs shut and where you didn’t have to dress like an accountant to get in.

The police more than likely already know

That's what they told @kent_whiteanyway

That's what they told me. It's pretty much an open secret. But they don't have anything like the resources to deal with the numbers that are popping up. And neither do trading standards.

They could just be talking bollocks or racist of course! 😁

I had a scrap in there once. Turned out I was fighting myself in the mirrored wall at the back of the club

Only had a couple of ventures but was always a good night.

Went to that place across the way a few times watching my mates band, Gypsies Tent I think it was. Always liked it there for some reason.

Argh… random memory. Once went to The Hawthorns, decided I was enjoying myself and rather get off in Walkden stayed in to Bolton and went to Hawthorns.

Meh night, too tight to get a a cab home, opted for a 36 night bus. Fell asleep, woke up in Piccadilly to much laughter. Bemused, confused, embarrassed and annoyed I got off- calling the driver a few names… walked back to Salford before realising what an absolute Cnut I’d been and paid more for a cab. Got home about 12 hours after final whistle and another chapter in the bad books

My dad was a sarcastic fucker. Loved him to death and looking back I do wonder why on earth he turned out at all hours to pick me up in the early hours. At ages I was well capable of getting myself home

The reason Pink Panther will always stick in my mind was the comment when I got in his car…

”Can you pick somewhere nicer for a night out. I don’t like crossing a picket line of fleas protesting against working conditions”

:D

Dad, please pick me up- I’m ruined inside smokies… except I wasn’t, I was in some other Farnworth flea pit and my elderly very Man U dad getting royally fucked off with exuberant celebrations.

Also, Dad… I’ve fell asleep in the coach again- yeah they’ve left me at Birch Services. Yeah I’ve explained I could’ve been a terrorist, could’ve been a kid… yeah, yeah I know, ok dad… thank you

I was in my bastard 30s ffs
