My guess would be its regarding the going concern issue when u sign off accounts you have to make a statement re the future going concern of the business with so much up in the air that's impossible to be fair to the directors so I doubt there's any skullduggery here

Well that's all right then. There were folk on here saying Gartside & Davies deserved a medal for avoiding FFP penalties not so long ago. So again if we were ok, why not just click the submit button? Best not to get the penalty more like, no confidence in declaring the true financial picture. What's next? and will the usual suspects say no problem, it means nowt?
