My guess would be its regarding the going concern issue when u sign off accounts you have to make a statement re the future going concern of the business with so much up in the air that's impossible to be fair to the directors so I doubt there's any skullduggery here

The problem "hopefully" will be lifting the embargo and the time that will take post takeover - took rovers a while to sort didn't it

Well that's all right then. There were folk on here saying Gartside & Davies deserved a medal for avoiding FFP penalties not so long ago. So again if we were ok, why not just click the submit button?
