shirley he cant go to prison

What about is Secret Service Protection

He won't be going to prison, at all I wouldn't have thought  - if it came to it, which I doubt it will, because of who he is, he'd probably be put under house arrest at Mar-a-Lago or something. Which is a shame, as other wise he'd be getting bummed in the showers each and every day

50/50 for me. A "normal" citizen would definitely be looking at a prison sentence if convicted on ANY of the counts he's facing, but this is unprecedented territory. Going to be an interesting 12 months.

Indeed.

On those charges in America? Murderers and rapists get bail.

And plenty spend years in prison, awaiting a trial for something they're not guilty of.

Can you name the other Americans indicted for attempting to prevent the certification of an Election?

What you on about now? I’m simply pointing out that murderers and rapists get bail in America. You’d be stupid to think that Trump would be in jail awaiting these charges.

What the fuck have murderers and rapists got to do with the above discusson? Although Donald is a convicted sex offender, so maybe that's why you're making the weirdly tenuous link? 🤔

I’ll break it down slowly. TW said a normal person would be behind bars. You agreed.

In America murderers and rapists get bail, if they can get bail then you be pretty certain Trump will be getting bailed.

Sorry if that’s to difficult to follow .

Donald Trump has been indicted for attempting to prevent the certification of a General Election - not murder or rape..

Your irrational adoration of Trump is hilarious. How do you feel when you see all the anti-vaxers, flat-earthers, and neo-Nazi's supporting the same person you do? Your thoughts must be like a tin of spaghetti. 😄

You’re really trying to hard here and over thinking this.

So if he’s found guilty on those charges what is the likely punishment  he will receive? Do you think he is a flight risk?

Maybe you need to explain what you think a normal person is?

As I said I'm 50/50 on what will happen if he's found guilty.

It's pretty obvious what a "normal person" is in this context. Someone who wasn't previously the President...

But many normal people get bail on worse charges. You’re being a bit dramatic as per.

Why do you think he should be in jail now?

Here we go again with you making things up. When did I say "I think he should be in jail now"?

Aghhh right so you don’t think he should be. At least we can both agree on that 👍

It's a miracle!

Once again RW starts his journey of whatabouttery to prove somebody may or may not said something probably unrelated and has concluded something irrelevant. Genius😂

You’ve probably not read the thread (no surprise there)  to come to that conclusion.

He should be in prison for crimes against dignity with that barnet and patchy orange glow alone. 😄

Don’t say that to @gonzo

Convicted sex offender?

Was a civil court wasn't it?
