Thanks for banging on about it. We're all eternally grateful for your insight

  • I like how they have voted Chris Powell as their first choice.   Not many clubs can say they have had two black managers in a row.

FACT

Happy with these..... Well apart from Moyes and Neville!

Gonna happen sooner rather than later - brown us heart strings interview is a giveaway

The job is Chris Wilders

Going off Anderson's interview saying he wants a young manager, that would surely rule out Brown who I thought was nailed on for the job. Wilder certainly fits Anderson's criteria.

Two in jobs would be Wilder and Brown.

One not in a job...Pearson, Monk?

I liked it to be Moyes though.

Anyone actually believe we could get Moyes????

Not a bloody chance. Or Pearson for that matter.

Nope!

Allardyce was the old boys club. He did great things for us but was much less than a spectacular manager previously. He was the exception. You can't trust using former players as managers. Just look at Coyle.

You could argue young promising managers are no good either if you look at Freedman and Lennon

You're probably best off going for someone shit in the hope they might just surprise you, someone like megson

Pearson was at the Forest game the other night.

His record at Blackpool was good, and at Notts County was very good - or should  they have finished higher than 1st?

Anderson just wants a yes man, I wonder why Brown hasn't even applied could be he isn't that type

Keith Hill. YHIH2nd

On that LOV site they have the 3 as Chris Wilder, John Carver and Steve Cotterill .

Didn't Ken say 2 were still in work?

Moyes would be first choice for me, some lower league experience, something to prove again & rich enough not to need big wages :D , but more realistically, i'd be very happy with Hill.

A previous connection to the club is irrelevant.

Anyone mentioned either of the Flitcrofts?

Bolton. Strange one. Anderson has a preferred choice. Holdsworth another. #awkward

How is that a bad thing, I imagine when it comes to hiring folk it's quite common for 2 people on the decision committee to have differing opinions of their preferred choice.

Candidate A had all the qualificationsnow and experience, candidate B has massive tits. Holdsworth is obviously going to pick candidate B.

Anyone mentioned either of the Flitcrofts?

Not for me.

John Carver ? Why ?

John Carver won't get anywhere near the job

Why dose Anderson want a yes man?
