February 1, 20242 yr Decent day. Really like the sound of Caleb Taylor as a bona fide big central defender and intrigued by what Aaron Collins has to offer. Well done to the board for giving IE the backing. On a side note: It'll be interesting to see how the young lads going out on loan get on. I would echo what others have said re hoping Matheson finds a good loan deal.
February 1, 20242 yr Slightly concerning that Santos is going to miss Barnsley and the next 5 or so games and Toal will be playing with a dodgy Achilles which is a risk - we need Geth and Forrester back and Taylor up to speed asap but Collins could be just what we need to fire up the attack again. Are we going to get a lot of high scoring games over the next 2 or 3 weeks? It’s a busy schedule.

They quote Evatt as saying it was decided to rest him and not risk it, but he played well enough on Tuesday. Once back, I can see this lad playing the left centre back alongside Santos, with Toal or Forrester on the other.
