He's marked out of the game. There's a difference.

It's the first you'd say as an opposition manager. Get on Sheehan and stop him turning. That's up to the coach to sort.

Very good signing imo

In the 2nd leg In play offs every time he got the ball it looked like something was going to happen.Caused us a lot of problems especially 2nd half

fuck me, what a crock

im not 100% what turns up means

if you mean he doesnt dominate em, maybe thats cos the other lot are better or render him ineffective by their set up

if thats the case, then thats probably exposing a weakness elsewhere in the team, not sheehan

With McAtee in the bag, have to say that's a helluva squad Evatt has assembled.

Strength, athleticism, creativity and goals - it's all there.

OK not everyone will be available from the off and it may take some time to settle into the new system but that's far more than I could have hoped for at the beginning of the window.

Still 8/1 to win the league and 7/2 top two hills

doing load of perms, will keep my interest up all season

double / treble up with leeds and city

I've think we've now got more than enough to challenge top two

Not been this excited in the build up to a first game since Sammy Lee's managerial debut....

How much do you think we have spent then overall so far in this window? I know they're hard to say due to undisclosed fees.

From what I've gathered on our paid transfers, rough estimates are:

Osei-Tutu- 700k

Lolos- 500k

Schon - 1 mil

McAtee- 1.2 mil

Roughly around 3.5 million?

Agree to an extent, but it's also down to the player himself, and the rest to adjust on the day.

Make runs into other places and leave gaps for passes through to attackers or other midfielders.

That's what's been so frustrating; a lack of responsibility both on and off the pitch.

Stick with plan A, and it will work. Eventually.

Up to all players to up their game in the big/physical type games.

Ah so bit under, but still I'm sure McAtee is our most expensive signing for some time.

Collins was about 800k right ?

And this has been the window we've spent the most on in many years. Gosh, remember how happy we were just to sign players again after the embargo was lifted.

Great to see the club progressing, but time to deliver now.
