If you expected him to say anything about leaving Bolton behind then you have an incredibly large chip on your shoulder. I'd expect someone like Clough to say it when he left, because he's a Bolton lad through and through and has been with the club since he was 8 years old. February 10, 20188 yr Amazing how we laugh at fans of other clubs for ridiculous post rationalising when their manager or players leave. Yet this is some of the worst I’ve seen. He was our top scorer and seemed very popular with the rest of the team. Parky seemed gutted to lose him. We all move on. We will find out by the end of the season how crucial or otherwise his loss is.
