In fairness, we knew he wanted out, but didn't know Cardiff would get to a price we would accept. I think it was the fact that fee was only agreed mid morning yesterday that did it. By then it was very hard to get a replacement sorted without spending absolutely loads of money and probably taking a big gamble. Its why windows are shit. Its ok if you're Man City but for most smaller clubs they're a nightmare.

Not sure, just going off the fact that at 12.20pm today it was “Breaking News” - Traore has had his contract cancelled by Forest and has immediately joined Cardiff.
