February 2, 20188 yr Long time fans some over 50 years I’ve met them they’ve the club at heart you seem to think that being critical of the owner on some occasions means they hate him and that translates as hating the club when in fact nothing could be further from the truth. I think a lot of your anger was because of Izza he’s now left me the board and perhaps that was for the better given his past tweets and comments. I'm a long time fan of over 50 years for what it is worth and have the club at heart too - but you have me marked down as a nut job with an agenda because I simply don't see the ST being the best thing since sliced bread like you do. So much for tolerance of other peoples point of view then from you and certainly in the past with the ST itself. Considering the ST Board had core members on it such as Smith, Bridge, Rigby and Tetlow, and did a mighty fine job of alienating almost everybody from the club owner down, nor held an AGM in 2017 (nor I assume submitted audited accounts for the year, which are normally done at the AGM) which must be in violation of its own constitution (?) - it will be interesting to see how many ST members bother to show their face if they ever have another AGM (membership which is for 'life' once you have paid your £10 has actually decreased over the period between its first (non voted on) election to the board, to the second (non voted on) election - in which there wasn't even enough interest to fill all the vacant seats on offer! Now assuming a goodly number of ST 'life' members haven't suddenly shuffled off this mortal coil in the last year or so, then it gives an indication of a massive vote of no confidence in the ST and its leadership by people proactively going about cancelling their free for life (once you've got it) membership because they were clearly so disgruntled in the ST, its leadership and its direction. So lo and behold let us look at who thee ruling group of the ST now are - yes, it is the very same Smith, Bridge (yip he's back on without too many knowing about it), Rigby and Tetlow! There are three others to make up the numbers but the Smith/Bridge/Rigby/Tetlow block vote will win every time. So what exactly has changed - have they suddenly changed their spots - somehow I doubt it. The same people who founded it and pick their mates to be part of the original Steering Group are all more or less still there, despite two elections where not a single vote was made, where they tried to buy a chunk of the club (when it was on its knees) with money it didn't have, where they have snitched to the EPL at a time we were facing winding up action, where they put an ACV on the ground forcing Anderson to spend precious money of the club in order to partially over turn parts of it, where elections have been put back so that the ST could fight the club in a legal battle, where the required AGM was not (and still not!!!) been held, where audited accounts have not been submitted... They may be salt of the earth Wanderers fans (are they really though - would you fight the club when it needed you the most?) but by God they couldn't have mismanaged themselves any worse if they tried. And you still think they are fit for purpose!!! I think you are pretty much on your own these days.

And you still think they are fit for purpose!!! I think you are pretty much on your own these days. Nothing is perfect and the Trust board are new to running a Trust and they readily admit to making mistakes, however they are trying to help the club and preserve its assets for future generations. Certain things have been said by the trust board that I’ve not 100% agreed with however they are privy to information about the club that you are not and as I’ve met with them and found them to be professional people who wish only the best for the club I believe whatever they’ve done or said was for the right reasons. I believe the AGM is now pencilled so that’s a start and the Trust have to act as per the supporters trust legal guidelines to remain a trust so I confident all other aspects you draw concerns too are in hand. I’m not interested in your negative diatribe which helps no one and certainly does not help take the club forward and that’s why you are on ignore, however I’ve recently read some of your posts which I’ve actually agreed with, but on the Trust your comments seem to be skewed by some other agenda and should be taken with a very large pinch of salt. Hope your health is improving and keep flying the White flag. ???? Edited February 2, 20188 yr by Mounts Kipper
February 2, 20188 yr The Trust and the leadership have their view on what is best for the club I have mine. We seem to have different views. The difference is I do not claim to be representative of other fans views.

February 2, 20188 yr The Trust and the leadership have their view on what is best for the club I have mine. We seem to have different views. The difference is I do not claim to be representative of other fans views. That's my big bone of contention with the trust - that they represent us by default. Bollox they do.
February 2, 20188 yr Irrespective of what our opinions of the board are, they (the st) can only represent the views of folk who turn up and express them. If having done that, they carry on on some different track then they really are tossers. Mounts has said many a time he's gone down, got involved and made his views known, particularly if they have gone over the top. Give him and others that go the opportunity to make a difference; an effective st can be a force for good. Just slagging folk off doesn't achieve anything, the st has its legal status, and unless there are some rules whereby they can be "removed or shut down" for improper behaviour, then only by getting involved can it be changed. As I've said plenty of times, I've no real interest in getting involved, so I'm happy enough for those that do to go along their own path. If that is in conflict with the club then that's obviously a poor do and they'll ultimately fail as they have seemingly done up to now, but no point in getting your knickers in a twist over it. Life's too short for that.
February 2, 20188 yr I'm unsure why the st get so much airtime on here. If it wasn't for people moaning on here I'd of thought they'd had folded

That's what rubs folk up the wrong way.

That's what rubs folk up the wrong way. Always going to upset some fans however they’ve done the surveys they should be speaking for the fans who responded and not fans off here who don’t engage Its quite clear there is a lot of anti KA sentiment and also a good amount of pro KA sentiment and id like to think the surveys and the feedback they have gathered is the driver behind the stance they take. February 2, 20188 yr You mean the survey monkey they sent to their members? Mick Brown has it spot on. I don't want them speaking on my behalf. Nobody allocated them that responsibility. If the club want feedback from fans they can ask us themselves. If I want the club to know something I can tell them myself like every other supporter.

Great that’s your perogative other fans have the polar opposite view. Sadly your view not being heard because the club haven’t asked it and you don’t want to use the only vehicle there is to get heard. Very strange stance but crack on it takes all sorts.
February 2, 20188 yr But mounts serious now. How will they make voices heard. They have done nothing but undermine the owners and alienate fans. What would they do. Surely the BWSA is there for what you describe.
February 2, 20188 yr Excuse me guys but this is transfer gossip thread not supporters trust thread????
February 2, 20188 yr Well said & when is the Dutch beanpole coming in ? I believe Nixon christened him the "Feyenord Floodlight"

He’s right it’s transfer gossip so last post on this subject on here, you’ve been asked to join steering group to get your views across you didn’t take up that opportunity the invite is still open. It does not matter that you will most likely have a critical opinion, your opinion needs to be heard. Over to you.???? Edited February 2, 20188 yr by Mounts Kipper
