I read it as they can't adjust his existing deal, so he's definitely out of contract in the Summer as they'll not be able to extend it.

They can’t under an embargo offer an increased wage or bonuses, only applies to existing players

Presumably they can offer the same terms (technically)?

Whether they have is a different matter, if they're cutting costs.

I assume so but that’s not going To help them unless he really wants to stay but I’ve read as well that he wants to move up north

I think if we get another CM in then Thomason will go on loan, but with Covid and our injury luck I’d be holding fire until we do

I’d be shocked to see Thomason go anywhere this month. Well liked by the manager and serves a purpose on our bench for me.
 

I know there’s the argument to say he should be getting game-time every week but I’d rather him than a 17 y/o be here as cover

I dont think he will go this month.

 He will sit on the bench like he did for the first 3 months of the season.

Concrete head won't go out for me. Dempsey is injured and even if we get him, he might not be ready.

Morley is clearly to replace Sheehan/Sarc.

Thomason will be filling Lee's place and maybe MJ as they get older.
