We have plenty of centre midfielders.

 

We should replace him with a left winger or a target man striker who is either better than madine or back up to him.

Need someone up there with a bit of pace. If in some games we need to play a target man up front we need a more mobile option than Madine. Give teams something else to worry about.

Depends how you define fantastic. He had a good season. Did what was asked of him. He is never going to score 20 goals, but for what he contributed I'd say he was pretty good.

Going into the season with our current striking options is very worrying. Agree with above, Madine should be backup and nowhere near the starting 11 at this level, out of his depth as proven the season we got relegated. Pace is needed but under this embargo will be tough to get that Calibre of player in!
