He’s been quiet on that front recently. I’ll bring it up again on 6 May when he has to pay out on his bet.

I was gong to ask what the bet is, but given the date presumably its about if Khan will remain as mayor or not......surely Miami doesn't think Khan will lose?

If you listen to Khan he is a very good politician. Swerves the direct and difficult questions superbly and gives a really good account of himself on most things.

Doesn't mean he is a decent bloke or I agree with him (not that I know too much given I don't live in London) but a cunt can still be a good politician. In fact, I think it might help.

Miami is/was convinced Khan wouldn’t see out his term as mayor, given his connections to certain individuals/organisations that Miami wasn’t a fan of. Doesn’t matter whether Khan is re-elected or not, for the purposes of the bet. £100 I recall.

I like Khan, I think he generally comes across quite well when I hear him on LBC.

He talking about his glass jaw and spaghetti legs?

Still time yet 😉 💣

I don't particularly rate Khan, but his mayoral opponents are fucking worse

Difficult to prove, in such an environment as London

Labour decided to abstain from the vote of no confidence I believe in her. I have no idea what labours point is north or south of the border.

Pointless

Remarkably, Diane Abbott didn’t score pointless on Pointless just now.

Salmond is meant to be making a statement tomorrow. If he presses for the full judge led inquiry with no redactions then the game changes.

Doubt it’ll make any difference from what I’ve heard the Scottish government appoint there own people in all the key areas of judiciary. It’s a banana republic, apparently it was the Blair government who drafted the constitution and basically made the call that’s allowed the SNP to run the country without challenge. Perhaps Escobarp can shed some light on this.

Yep, that's correct pal.

They need a wholly independent outside force led inquiry.

As predicted last week, the Hamilton QC affair was an obvious outcome, interestingly he did admit he couldn't make a complete report due to huge number of redactions and said the Parliament should really decide yet Parliament said it was his decision that should count. Quite farcical really 😄

A definite banana Republic except for the sunshine and no bananas

Yes the statement regarding redactions in Hamilton’s report is telling. 81 redactions In 61 pages

So now you all believe me when I say that the Scottish parliament was just a pacifier to keep them happy whilst the grown ups cracked on in London?

Its like the Welsh ‘Assembly’. Just a Fisher Price board game to occupy the locals.

I still find it baffling why anyone gets so wound up about it. It’s like losing your shit over an Eastenders plot.

Not really.

They will now press ahead with their own referendum, and are looking at the legal case for UK government ignoring it.

Yet more shite, hassle and bollocks at a time when the UK needs it like a hole in the head. All of which may end up tossing yet more millions unnecessarily at lawyers.

Just send in the tanks before we decommission them.

Possibility that the worlds greyest man might lose his seat.
