What's the lie though?

Well he said he wants to implement it you’re saying he won’t. Maybe you can tell us, you have all the inside info by the sound of things

What he personally wants and what will actually happen are 2 different things. Where's the lie? Unless you've seen the manifesto before it's been released?

So he wants it but he’s not going to deliver on it, according to you. Amazing, and this is who you’re voting for 😂😂

Just put loads of 😂 at the end of each post. That means you win & everyone else is stupid. Even if your comment shows you clearly didn’t read the posts earlier…

Here he is, joining half way through again with no idea what he’s on about and offering no input at all.

You'd be hard pressed to find a 13-year-old who earns enough to pay tax, but I take the point

True, all the kids we employ earn just under the tax threshold.

Only joking, we don't actually pay them.

Nice try bud.

I’ve had a read thanks. What further input would you like?

You seem to be convinced that every suggestion a politician makes has to then happen, otherwise they’re just lying. Do you know how politics works? Bit of a muddle you’ve got yourself in tonight 😁

😊 Rhino skin getting thin?

Anyway. Tax avoidance.

  • Placing your residence in a low-income tax rate country.
  • Setting up a company and paying dividends instead of an income.
  • Gifting family members assets when you're still alive to avoid inheritance tax.

Labour are clamping down on it. A policy you surely support?

😂 its sweet seeing the chewing cuds getting up in their old barns.

Just one of the main points being spoken about around the Labour  Party over the last 48hrs and cheese is already saying it’s bullshit and won’t happen.

You okay there mate? You don’t find this place that funny surely.

Did he say it was bullshit? Maybe I missed that bit. Looks like he is just pointing out that many election promises don’t make it into policy when the party get in.

Who knows, maybe this one will. But it’s not that out the ordinary to suggest otherwise

Unless it's in the manifesto, it's just a personal opinion. If it turns out to be in the manifesto, then I'd expect there to be at least an attempt to enact it. It's not rocket science.

Even though it’s a gimmicky thing that will never happen? Why not focus on something that might happen?
