Agree with that.

Shouldn't have a say on how the country is going to be run if you're pissing yourself

...or have a fucking clue what the world is all about. Voting age should be raised to 21 (or preferably 25).

Get to bed you pissed up plank. You’ll thank me in the morning.

So it's either putting 😂 at the end of posts or saying people have had a night out because you're make a tit of yourself with every one of your brainfarts?

Not exactly a robust argument. Especially to those who were working yesterday evening, cocker 😉

So, not so thick skinned after all. There’s another 5 weeks to go yet.😊

Dunno, I find your posts most diverting - can't wait for the next 5 1/2 weeks to see what other nonsense you come out with. At least you're not as tragically dull witted at RW.

I very much look forward to you continuing contribution Captain Smith 😘

Nonsense? I supported the tax avoidance plan put forward by Labour and the suggestion that 16 year olds could be allowed to vote. 🤷‍♂️

Gimmicky things that never happen = bullshit

So he didn’t say that then 👍

Most folk have realised by now that the majority of election promises are in reality harder to turn into legislation.

It’s really not that bonkers for someone to point that out. At least you found it all hysterically funny anyway.

I’m glad you took my advice and got your head down. You was starting to show yourself up again.

This is a graph of the votes cast by age in 2019. Seems it was anyone over 39 who were more likely to vote Con. What age should we stop people voting to ensure a Labour victory. 😊

Eye tests every 5 years should be a thing for all drivers and anyone that hasn’t driven in the U.K. for  a prolonged period should be made to do some sort of re-test.

:D Another drunken doozie? Wouldn't know but probably a fair bet.

It’s so obvious to see. Nothing wrong with a good slurp like, but you’re* (spelt correctly take note NIC) better off going to bed after it instead of talking politics.

Fucking hell

It'll have little or no effect to the majority of pensioners. Another needless headline grabber.

Yes, they drive too slowly and dither. Get them off the roads and give them free travel on all public transport.

I know most accidents are in the 16-18 age groups, and I'm sure that'll always be the case - so we just need to either stop people driving until their older, or if they're involved in an accident, that is proved to be their fault, remove their license for 5 years, that'll soon slow them down and stop them being dicks

To be fair with the cost of insurance these days the young lot seem to drive much better than when I was a lad. Also most have to have a black box too. I didn't know this until my lad got his licence, over 6 points in the 1st 2 years you have to redo your test.

I’d rather be in a collision with someone driving to slowly than to fast.

is that true?

id have thought there were plenty folk only getting state pension

and my guess, just a guess, is that as thresholds have been held for a while, in a couple of years folk on state pension will move into tax bracket?

either way, its cynical, obvious and once again prioritising old over young

the politics of division

again

The full state pension is £1000 behind the personal tax allowance. It’ll take years to catch up assuming that the PA doesnt go up which I expect it will, whoever gets in.
Anyone over 73 is on the old pension so are £3.5k behind the PA.
Even the best scenario of pensions increasing, only some would get the £275, quoted by the government, by 2030. That’s about a fiver a week. Wouldn’t pay for a pint by then. Anyway, most people of my age don’t look behind next week, never mind 2030😉
