Moderators Casino Posted December 17, 2018 Moderators Share Posted December 17, 2018 So if he's borrowed it at 'massive interest' why didn't he do it sooner

birch-chorley
Anyone borrowing any amount for just a few weeks will get hit with a larger interest rate than a standard 1-5 year loan In fact, you’d struggle to get a bank loan for a month (overdrafts and credit cards a separate thing) Let’s say he borrowed £1.5m at a reasonable 3% APR, over the course of 4 weeks that’s only going to net the lender £3,500 in interest. They ain’t going to be fucking about for that are they? On the flip side, if Ken borrows £1.5m at 25% APR he’s still only paying roughly £25k in interest over a 4 week period, broadly worthwhile to keep the club going / avoiding a walk out. Put it into context, Ben Amos gets that in a week!!

Site Supporter MickyD Posted December 20, 2018 Site Supporter Share Posted December 20, 2018 Latest from Shortland on Facebook: Philip Shortland Anderson has more than a dozen bankrupt businesses behind him, he was banned from running companies for ten years and has previous for selling dodgy motors. He didn’t achieve any of this because he’s good at making money. Wonder if he has a good lawyer.
Site Supporter Steejay Posted December 20, 2018 Site Supporter Share Posted December 20, 2018 It'd be interesting to see what the running costs per month are now compared to when KA/DH first got involved.
