As mentioned in the admin statement everything was in place to go

Press releases typed, emails to staff ready to send

Sharon Brittan was planning to attend

Arrangements had been made to have a bit of a do for the staff after the game

Then from Ken's side, they get word that ' FV will need to cover the costs of an upcoming court case involving Anderson'

That's as much as I know

Whether that count case is the bassini one, I don't know

Whether FV know if it's the Bassini one, equally I don't know

But that's the hold up, nothing else

Unless something has happened since saturday afternoon

And nobody needs to tell me it doesn't make sense

Sense or not, it's the truth

It's on Talksport now, Jim White has contacted him, Anderson says its in Keir Gordon's hands

who the fuck is Keir Gordon?

And how do Talksport manage to speak to Anderson? We need to speak to Anderson directly if we know where he is

At this stage, would there even be time for another party? Would they have the time to agree deals with secured creditors etc?

My head's spinning with this I can't even fathom what could happen come Wednesday.

Ken won’t budge on his position. He doesn’t give a fuck about the club but is banking on the people who do who don’t want it to fold to move on theirs. He’s STILL in the position of power

So are you saying FV are still there just disputing the court cost?

Still there but unwilling/unable to proceed on Ken's terms

If he doesn't back down FV will not be the new owners

Ive a feeling this won't be the only statement released from any of the parties involved today.

Outside bet on one from KA himself surfacing.

I'm expecting FV

Luckily, It's a slow news day.  No cricket,  no top football , so hopefully will make headline news on the BBC, etc today and the National papers tomorrow, and shame the parties into a deal.

Cheers Casino, so what's you take it on all. Do you think we will be ok?

Be good if Michael James put out a statement

Maybe he could urge the administrator in his capacity as a fan to remove FV s " Preferred Bidder " status

and urge him to talk to any other interested parties that are out there

Proper  fan would put club first

What? Preferred bidder is irrelevant. Nixon May well be right that others want club . But they need to make an offer.

And further, does a new buyer if one exists actually solve the issue?

Isn’t that what KA wants

It depends

Cos by my limited knowledge, its FV or liquidation

Unless somebody chucks some money in to pay wages etc by Wednesday

Would “another buyer” have to wait until 9am Tuesday morning to send an email / make a phone call?

this is England

No because Paul Appleton's team are working round the clock - my arse. They are not blameless either in this saga and making a lot of money
