Are they loans, with or without interest. (No shame in interest by the way, you wouldn't loan cash for free of that magnitude) or is it fees (again, it has the be relative) 35p is a decent rate for those insecured. There is much more including what both Ken Anderson and Fildraw claim they are owed. In both cases aprx. £6 million more. I would imagine the Administrator at the Hotel will be listing KA as a creditor when he publishes his list soon.

The story goes he wanted a certain amount, whereas SB basically told him to get to fuck. Either take less of they would pull out and let liquidation happen and then he (ken) would be left with not a lot and potentially a deeper investigation. He backed down. Fuck knows if it's true, but there you go. Take it or leave it.

Are you able to say if the joint Administrators list you have is for just the club and Burnden Leisure, or includes the Hotel as well? I assume the former but the club Administrator stated that the £25m he was seeking proof of funds was to include the hotel purchase as well? As he has submitted his list as showing £15m of secured creditors and £10m of unsecured, I'm somewhat confused to whether the Hotel is included or not. I expect it hasn't but would appreciate confirmation of such. Thank you.
