Mantra Posted July 8, 2019 Posted July 8, 2019 We’re definitely reaching page 800 before this is done and dusted
JJ10 Posted July 8, 2019 Posted July 8, 2019 If it’s true about FV needing to join forces with another group to complete is this a good thing or bad thing? Bad in the respect they obviously don’t have the cash originally, but good in the respect there’d now potentially be someone on board who does? Not sure myself.

Casino Posted July 8, 2019 Posted July 8, 2019 The administrator says they do have the money He has no reason to lie
Matthew1234 Posted July 8, 2019 Posted July 8, 2019 Anyone can create a twitter account and spout some rubbish until someone picks up on it and all of a sudden it's believable. We've been told heads of terms were signed. BEN said just this morning we could get news in a couple of days. I don't get why people out there such as Nixon insist on fuelling a conspiracy theory. Unless FV walk away there's nothing to worry about yet. Speclation is what Nixon wants. It keeps people coming back. He's not there to just help Bolton fans know what's going on for the goodness of his heart. I mean FV had to have their funding ratified. If the "investor" just pulled the plug, I'm pretty sure we would have known something. That doesn't just slip under the radar when we are in administration.
Casino Posted July 8, 2019 Posted July 8, 2019 My understanding is Basran wasn't money, basran was a broker Dunno why shazza would be in Costa with PP if it wasn't happening

Not sure what Ash has to gain from making it up though. A few followers maybe but doesn’t seem worth it. Trying to derail the FV bid seems unlikely. Who knows?

I am filing it swiftly under the category of someone sat behind a keyboard trying to act "in the know". Even if they are a genuine person, for all we know it could be someone with intentions akin to Howard; to stir doubts with the bid in order to create further uncertainty. How many times have we heard the lines "local party interested". It simply is not true. As much as the Bolton News have got a few things wrong in their time, I really do not believe Marc Iles would write that story today without genuine insider knowledge. Looking forward to just getting back to talking about football, and signings.

tkonion Posted July 8, 2019 Posted July 8, 2019 Maybe FV have proved to the administrators that they have the funds needed to buy the club but need additional partners on board to fund a bid for the hotel?
Guest Posted July 8, 2019 Posted July 8, 2019 Fuck me there is some nonsense on twitter. If FV haven’t proven they have the money and the admins have lied then Bassini will make hay in court. Can’t believe people get sucked in so easily. ‘Big meeting tomorrow, can’t say more under NDA’. If you’re under NDA then you can’t say anything you tit. If you haven’t signed one or don’t work for someone who has signed one on your behalf then stop talking shite...
bwfc2003 Posted July 8, 2019 Posted July 8, 2019 this is his latest More Replying to @MarcusMyrie Tweeted to handful before tweeting about lfc. Created this account mainly for this issue. Lifelong lfc fan so couldnt help it...you know just a small matter of big ears and all that

leadfrog1 Posted July 8, 2019 Posted July 8, 2019 Afew days ago on here I said something along the lines of FV might be a vehicle for a high net worth individual to purchase the club. There's then a story about a delay and these get combined into a new thing. About FV having a new source of income causing the delay. I think these guys just read what we're saying on here reword it and post it as news or gossip a couple of days later, which then gets reposted which then makes a loop.
Guest Posted July 8, 2019 Posted July 8, 2019 Hearing there is a major problem with the deal. Big meeting Wednesday. That will determine if deal goes ahead or not. Might not complete this week. But it might. Or might never. Can’t say more. Under NDA.....

Wanderlust Posted July 9, 2019 Posted July 9, 2019 This is such a pisstake now. You'd think that the official announcements at least could be relied upon, especially those from the EFL who have been actively involved since they had to lend Anderson money to keep us going and you'd have expected them to have done the due diligence when approving the evidence of investor funds etc and yet there's one spanner in the works after another. Somebody is playing silly buggers. I'd rather see it done properly than done quick but it's almost as if there's a conspiracy to finish off the club and it seems they're doing a pretty good job of it.

Have to admit the whole thing is just starting to leave me a little uneasy. Was expecting it to be done early this week after Sharon met with Parky last week. That to me was a signal it was done. But there is no sign thus far....got to be a mild concern as to which frees will be left for us....
radcliffe white Posted July 9, 2019 Posted July 9, 2019 There’s our answer.. Sharon is no longer with us due to being bored to death by Parkinson deal off
