Sorry I can’t put details on here as it’s not, to my knowledge, in the public domain. Pretty sure someone will leak it. It makes interesting reading. That's a bugger. Several thousand of us are owed money for not playing the Brentford game, where's ours!!

Guest Posted July 9, 2019 Posted July 9, 2019 Those figures were pretty much all known. Nothing of much interest. 290 separate unsecured creditors. Ken was not paying anybody. At all.
matty2094 Posted July 9, 2019 Posted July 9, 2019 Some alarming figures there - that’s less than half of the unsecured creditors as well.
Mantra Posted July 9, 2019 Posted July 9, 2019 Would this go some way to explaining why the deal is taking a long time? Perhaps FV are negotiating will all 290 unsecured creditors. Although I would’ve thought they can just agree to pay the 25% minimum to all, through the administrators.

Mantra Posted July 9, 2019 Posted July 9, 2019 Also, this seems a positive comment from Iles: “Although it is too early to give an exact figure, administrators are currently forecasting a return of 35 pence in the pound to unsecured creditors”
Tommy Banks Posted July 9, 2019 Posted July 9, 2019 Those figures are eye watering. How can any business be allowed to run up such debt, the chairman must take responsibility for continuing to receive services he new couldn’t be paid for. You would also question the suppliers for continuing to provide services.

Obviously that’s pretty shit for the unsecured creditors but it’s better than the minimum. If they can forecast that though, there must be a good degree of positivity the deal will get done... lowcarbon Posted July 9, 2019 Posted July 9, 2019 the hotel administrators should release a similar report within a few days then
Eavesy Posted July 10, 2019 Posted July 10, 2019 Wonder how that list of expenditure compares to say Preston. wonder who pays all those creditors at Preston? turn the tap off and the list would be the same for every single club up and down the country

Im not saying I want anyone to go bust but if that’s what it takes for football to wake up and smell the coffee then so be it
Mounts Kipper Posted July 10, 2019 Posted July 10, 2019 (edited) The questions I would like answered is where did the money the EFL paid into the club in January/Feb go as it seems Ken’s paid no one for a long time. And how did Anderson become a secured creditor to the tune of 1.5 million when he’s put nothing into the club? Edited July 10, 2019 by Mounts Kipper
