If one debt typifies the state of affairs then its money owed to Macron

i was always brought up thinking that a Kit supplier contract is a revenue stream for a club however we owe them money 😂

That has always perplexed me too. Are they a kit supplier or a sponsor? They should be paying us for having their name plastered all over the ground etc. I still don't understand what the debt is for unless Anderson borrowed money off them as well.

CORRECTION: *unless BWFC borrowed money off them as well* (even though as 95% shareholder Anderson approved every deal and made every decision)

Is it not for not giving them their share of merchandise sales? Think there was an issue with it a year or so back.

Ah! The "not paying your suppliers" Ken classic. Makes sense.

@Mounts Kipper Not to sure on that, guessing they need to pay sibcas in full so they can have full operation of the training ground

legally I dont think they can do that - not supposed to show preference to creditors

Former Bolton owner Ken Anderson claims to be owed £7.5m by club https://t.co/ueW2jOUdAx

I can’t read it as I’m not a times member but there you go.

I’d  take that report with pinch of salt given they say KA put us in admin.

This £5 million difference in what Sluffys hero says he is owed all do to that loan Fildraw 'gave' him and then he 'lent' to the club. Article also says Fildraw are claiming they are owed £17 million which is consderably more than the administrators are saying. Hope they are right but very murky.

Wouldn't that be illegal to give creditor preference?

I would have thought so too unless -

1 - they are classed as Football Creditors and all of the FC's are being paid in full by the new owners following takeover today (which I don't believe has happened, or,

2 - Someone (James perhaps) has paid them from their own pocket in advance of any settlement of creditors, or,

3 - Someone is talking bollocks.

Didn’t Fildraw leave £15m when they sold to Ken for a quid. They have apparently put more in since. I’m surprised the administrators only have them at £10m

Also with regards Ken, I thought he would be at least £5m, the money ED leant him to pay off BM

In fairness none of it makes sense really

We have had £50m turnover go through the club over the past 3 years (not including hotel), our debts seem to have gone up by £10m - 20m over the same period, that would indicate that we have spunked £60m - £70m in the last three years! What do we have to show for that? Hundreds of shite players coming and going, FML
