What's it actually saying?

That the administrators are due to file their report on the club when they took over and their progress which will be available for everyone to read on companies house

Guessing neither FV nor the Administrators are feeding Nixon. So presumably it’s another party to the deal (creditor or a would-be bidder) trying to destabilise the deal or gain some leverage.

Can the debt be sold on - ie EDT sell their non-secured debt for 35% to A.N.Other rather than the 25% offered by FV, then A.N.Other becomes the unsecured creditor ?

No.

EDT's name will still be on the 'court papers' as such and they will be the only people the Administrator will deal with in respect to him being a creditor of the company.

What people aren't grasping, including a couple of my friendly trolls earlier on today, is that the 'power' of what people can and can not do (or perhaps you could read it as what they might be able to get away with and what the can't) is based on the law.

In this instance when the club was put into Administration, the Administrator took control of the company and established who the creditors were at the time the club entered Administration.

Anything after that time has to go through the Administrator - no third parties - so no change of who the creditors are after the company is put in Administration.

Nixon (I know) has tweeted telling Bolton fans to follow that account for some more info. God knows why.

But whoever the the account is, is basically saying that FV don’t have the cash to complete so have approached other investors, and are meeting the other group tomorrow.

Probably bullshit, as the administrators original statement said they had significant funding to take the club forward which they’d proved.

Was some of that significant funding coming from Basran though who they now need to replace?

Doesn’t have to be a Bolton fan if he knows someone with info.

Why would a Liverpool fan even care? Or bother to make stuff up about Bolton.

The administrators are Arsenal fans but I’d imagine they’d have a fair idea.

A seriously questionable internet source gaining credibility by backing against FV's financial ability to complete the deal. Fuck me, didn't we do this 500 pages ago?

All I'd say is that Nixon generally isn't in the business of saying things that can easily be proven wrong. He's more likely to say what he knows and stay vague about the rest.

I'm sure he's getting the info about the EDT talking to other bidders from somewhere.

This Ash lad is basically saying FV have found another piggy bank to help fund their venture for the club. He’s certain it’ll be done before the start of the season but also says “all depends on tomorrow’s meeting”, sounds sketchy to me.

Nixon saying he’s got similar info as if that proves he’s right, could be getting info from the same source.
