I don’t know but doubt it as you’d have to go through France, if no flights to Spain I’ll just book flights to wherever there are flights.

Crazy world. Spain's infection rates have fallen dramatically since January. Spain open the doors to German tourists for easter. They have even done promotional video's to attract German visitors. Germany goes into lockdown. UK doing a great job with vaccinations, infection rates are well down, but then impose a £5000 fine to stop anyone going abroad to holiday. But for months when infection rates were out of control, airports were open to anyone, to fly in. Like I said, it's a crazy world, governed by crazy polititions

If you read the whole article it says U.K. government reasons to leave U.K. could be as little as just to visit an estate agent.

I think, though I may be wrong, that the government may spot this error and deal with it.

Chances are though that you would need to be able to prove you are visiting an estate agent. i.e. a letter confirming your appointment. You also probably wouldn't get away with disappearing for a month just to visit one.
