Two wages taking one vacancy.......Two with no ties to the team or nothing to suggest they will tell Evatt the brutal truth.

 

Nobby Nolan might be ambitious, but then you have Sam Rickets, Dean Holden but Evatt wont employ them because they would take his job come October

As much as I'm no great fan of a potential jobs for the boys situation, I also don't really have much time for a list of players who used to play for us. All of whom would be looking to manage a club not to be a number 2.

Apart from the general layout of the stadium, the club is completely unrecognisable from their times with us.

Yes i can understand the players who have played for us and not giving them jobs just because they have a history, but the players mentioned have a cv way ahead of our two Assistants

My gripe is weak management, job for the boys dress it up but that is what it is

Not easy to get on with, or demands high standards that not all people like?

I’d argue it’s not his job to get on with people, but rather to create a high performing culture and report in to his superiors (appreciate there is a discussion point around part of this). 

As for something not being right, there will always be some discord when you put 30 or so adults in the same environment.  I don’t think there is anything major going on.
